Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is offered as a nourishing postpartum support, honoring the body’s recovery after birth. This service is prepared with care and intention, supporting replenishment during the early postpartum period.

Daytime postpartum care offers gentle, in-home support during the early weeks after birth. This care centers on rest, nourishment, and emotional support—allowing you to recover while feeling supported in your own space.
Support may include:

• Support with rest and daily rhythms
• Infant care support so you can rest
• Light household support related to recovery
This care is personalized and responsive to what feels most supportive for you during the postpartum season.




Birth Processing & Relaxation Therapy

Birth processing and relaxation therapies offer space to reflect, integrate, and gently settle after birth. These sessions support emotional processing and nervous-system regulation through calming, embodied practices.
Support may include:
