Reiki (ray-key) is a gently, natural healing energy activated by intention. It works on every level of the body, not just the physical, creating deep relaxation, relieving pain, and balancing mind-body-soul and mother-baby connections.
The free and balanced flow of healthy energy is the cause of well-being. When the flow is disrupted or blocked we may experience pain, discomfort, stalls in labor, negatives thoughts, or dis-ease.

Reiki is believed to be "loving" energy that is shared from the practitioner to the client
Reiki love is beneficial in all stages of life including conception, pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. It's gentle and safe for everyone including pets, children and newborns. By providing emotional and physical support to the whole body it increases the love link by filling the heart and soul with universal love.
Clinical studies have shown reiki during pregnancy improves sleep for 86%, reduces pain for 78%, reduces nausea for 80%, and reduces anxiety for 94%.
Reiki can also be beneficial in turning a breech baby, inducing labor, placenta previa, birth trauma, lactation, cesarean healing, ease postpartum anxiety and depression, addictions, grief, misscarrage, stress, big life changes/transformations and so much more!
Reiki love sessions with Kim
$125 | 90 minutes and include:
♥ Private session to sit with tea and assess the areas of focus
♥ Ritual to Cleanse and set Intentions with aromatherapy, crystals, and soothing music.
♥ Supported restorative yoga session to infuse intentions with reiki love
♥ We create a beautiful crystal touchstone, infused with your intention to carry with you for future healing.
Reiki can include hands on or off the body techniques as you prefer. Clients are fully dressed and all sessions are in private, comfortable, and serene setting.
Private sessions, yoga circles with reiki drumming, or distant reiki online sessions available.
*One reiki love session included in my doula birth package where we infuse your rebozo with love and deep intentions.
